## What
Create a **sub-page** on the **CC Portal** to display **supporting materials** related to the Constitution. This sub-page should be adaptable for future content updates.

For the initial implementation, the sub-page should include:
- **Contributors to the Constitution** (acknowledgments section).
- **Links to the Guardrails Script**.
- **Links to the Rationale** behind the Constitution.
