Fail on new features in TxInfo translation

All of the fields that were added in Dijkstra era need to result in translation failure for PlutusV1-PlutusV3:

* [ ] - #5634

All of these failures need a negative unit test in the `ImpSpec`.

Start with the three linked issues, #5633, #5602, and #5634, to identify the Dijkstra-era fields, then inspect the ImpSpec tests for PlutusV1-PlutusV3 translation. Add a negative unit test for each field and verify that translation fails for all three versions.
