Description

Add more documentation in the `Cardano.Ledger.Api.Script` module in `cardano-ledger-api`.

There needs to be Haddock doctest examples on how to create non-parameterized and parameterized Plutus scripts and serialize them to get the address.

This issue has not been assessed yet.
