Description
The `cardano-ledger-api` package should contain a `Cardano.Ledger.Api.Scripts.Data` module which provides all datatypes and functions needed to work with `Data` datatype.
The module should provide examples with doctests on how to create them, serialize/deserialize with CBOR and convert to Plutus' `Data`.
