Description
The `cardano-ledger-api` package should contain a `Cardano.Ledger.Api.Value` module which provides all datatypes and functions needed to work with the `Val`, `Value`, `Coin` and `MaryValues` types.
The module should provide examples with doctests on how to
* create `Coin`s and `Value`s
* convert from `Coin` to `Value`
* add/remove assets in values
* convert to Plutus' `Value`
