`add-from-github.sh` should check correct location of added toml file

I `cd`ed into the `/scripts` path of the repo when running `add-from-github` script and it happily added the release to current directory. See this PR: #51

Script should check that it is adding the file to the correct directory

Start with add-from-github.sh and review PR #51 to understand how the release TOML file is currently located when the script runs from /scripts. Confirm the script places the added file in the repository's intended directory rather than the caller's current directory.
