💡1 - Milestone Completion Evidence

### What?

Preferred Option - Ability for a vendor to input details of milestone completion, i.e. links to work, photos, written descriptions of work achieved. Ability for this to be public also.

Secondary Option: Ability to add a document to show evidence that a milestone has been achieved, such as, google docs, PDF or word.

### Why?

To allow vendors the option to upload their evidence for completion, in line with the Delivery assurance policy directly to the dashboard, or link it within the dashboard - this minimises use of different tools and simplifies the process.
