Description
### What?
Sperate credentials required for Withdrawals and those needed for Reporting/Milestone Management, Evidence submission and other lower-privilege administration tasks.
### Why?
Avoids vendors having to use credentials associated with withdrawals or finances as frequently (although possible not intuitive currently). Gives more operational options to larger organisations/projects.
### How?
Have a vendor provide a script, with multiple credentials for different potential roles in the smart contract processes
