Option to display "preview" submissions from the report view (hidden by default)

Currently there is a choice on top of the report:
- Production
- Evolution

It used to be
- Mainnet (production)
- Preview

After rework of the evolution view, preview is now expressed as a special "variant" of the submission (embedded into submission name).

The problem is that when comparing submissions in the report for Production, preview submissions clutter the view. I'd like to have a UI element, like a checkbox to enable showing preview submissions among other submissions.

This might be a first filter, in the future I think of adding more filters: multi choice of languages, multi choice of versions, etc. You can take it into account.
