Ability to change sprint key + Bind shift key to other binds

One of the issues I've had with this port is that while most keys are rebindable, I can't change the sprint key to something other than shift, and I can't bind shift to any other keys (i.e. crouching). Are there plans to implement a more robust way to bind these keys?
