### Motivation
目前我们发现不同的请求prompt可能不同，为了保证部分请求的耗时，我们想锁定一部分prompt的kv-cache，这样达到优化耗时的目标。
请问是否有接口可以调用？如果没有，有更好的办法解决这种问题吗？
