### Checklist

- [ ] 1. I have searched related issues but cannot get the expected help.
- [ ] 2. The bug has not been fixed in the latest version.

### Describe the bug

history tokens is not correct with /v1/chat/interactive.

### Reproduction

1. start apiserver
2. chat with
```
{
"prompt": "Shanghai is",
"session_id": 1111,
"interactive_mode": true,
"stream": false,
"temperature": 0.01
}
```

the response likes:

3. start the second round with the same input:
```
{
"prompt": "Shanghai is",
"session_id": 1111,
"interactive_mode": true,
"stream": false,
"temperature": 0.01
}
```

I suppose the history_tokens should be 488+105=593
but now it's 594
