Confirmation in payment above certain amount

Sometimes bartenders accidentally add (far) too many products to an order. If an order total is above some determined total amount we should ask for confirmation before accepting the order.

Suggestion is a confirmation if an order is above 25 euros

The issue names no files or tests, so first trace where orders are accepted and where the order total is calculated. Confirm the intended €25 threshold with the project’s existing order flow; done means totals above it require confirmation while lower totals can be accepted normally.
