Look into possibilities of secure printing from own laptops

We received the request to be able to print directly from members' laptops.

This could be possible securely if we setup some form of printing server for active members.
Some concerns that need to be addressed:

- Connection to the printer should be via a trusted server, because opening the printer ports means opening to the world (internet).
- Personal prints should be paid for via the cookie corner. In the website this is handled in the form, this will become more difficult to check with a print server
- The print service should be authenticated (by IA account)

Possibly scanning could also be included?

No repository files, tests, or entry points are identified.
