Modify raspberri Pi for "IA room open" indicator on Amelie

For the preferred implementation of Inter-Actief/amelie#1246 the raspberry pi that's outside the IA room for the screen would be modified to send a signal to an API endpoint based on whether the "Open" sign outside the door is turned on/off.

Review Inter-Actief/amelie#1246 and the Raspberry Pi setup outside the IA room, including how the screen and "Open" sign are connected. Determine the API endpoint and the sign states to report; done means the endpoint receives the correct signal whenever the sign is turned on or off.
