FQDN handling is suboptimal and should be redirected

When navigating to the fully qualified domain name (i.e. with a trailing dot, [www.inter-actief.utwente.nl./](https://www.inter-actief.utwente.nl./)), you do not get redirected but instead can freely navigate the site. However, things like OAuth login break and your cookies are not shared with the regular domain.

This probably can be improved by adding redirects at the webserver level.

While fixing this issue, please fix the other web apps as well:
fiasco -> does not redirect
alexia -> SSL error and shows Misdirected Request

Start by locating the webserver configuration for the main site and the fiasco and alexia apps, then test each fully qualified domain name with a trailing dot. Done means the affected hosts redirect to their regular domains, including fiasco, while alexia no longer reports an SSL error or Misdirected Request.
