Profile Integration Experience is hidden

After installing IntelliTect.PSRestore is it completely hidden how to activate it. The only place this shows up is on the description in PowerShell Gallery.

Ideas:
- Is it possible to display anything post install - where we would provide instructions?
- Could we prompt to change the profile? If we do this, we should check that the module exists such that if they remove the module, it won't error.
- Display what to do in the help of Install-PSRestore.
