As a conference room scheduler, I need to clearly see on the board if the room is currently occupied now or not

Like an "on air" light in a recording studio, it should be instantly obvious by looking at the board if the room is currently in use or not.

(Some rooms do not have easily visible access to know if it's occupied.)

This could for example be a background color convention or other solution
