In "Table 2.1: Integer Type" long is listed with the wrong casing: Long.
Page 58:
After "Output 2.3" the text says:
"Now the output of Listing 2.3 is as expected: 1.618033988749895."
It should say:
"Now the output of Listing 2.3 is as expected: 1.6180339887498948."
