Describe the bug

Word-Generator does not Paste Banner / Player Skull meta correctly.

Banners have no Patterns after generating new chunks and Player Skull lose their textures.

Works with Debugroadgen but not with normal world gen.

To Reproduce
  1. Create Roead schematic
  2. Generate new chunks
Expected behaviour

Textures within a shematic are pasted in world gen

Research direction

Reproduce the issue by creating a schematic containing banners and player skulls, then generating new chunks with normal world generation and with Debugroadgen for comparison. Use the linked Plot debugpaste and the reported PlotSquared 7.4.1-SNAPSHOT commit as context. Done means banner patterns and player skull textures are preserved when the schematic is pasted during normal world generation.
