Describe the bug
When caps any cap reaches max and spawns keep spamming, the mob-counts stops updating.
To Reproduce
- Spawn mobs fast. > 1 mob / s
- Wait until caps full
- Start killing them
- Mob count in /p caps do not update anymore
Expected behaviour
Mob cap should go down when killing them.
