Describe the bug

When caps any cap reaches max and spawns keep spamming, the mob-counts stops updating.

To Reproduce
  1. Spawn mobs fast. > 1 mob / s
  2. Wait until caps full
  3. Start killing them
  4. Mob count in /p caps do not update anymore
Expected behaviour

Mob cap should go down when killing them.
