Research direction

Start by reproducing the bow projectile behavior on roads and unowned plots in the reported Paper 1.20.1 setup, using the listed LuckPerms permissions and the linked Plot Debugpaste. Trace the projectile permission handling and compare each permission's effect. Done means authorized players can shoot in both locations without weakening protection elsewhere.
