Describe the bug

Hello!

I found a bug with the tab-completed-aliases.
Even when they are disabled in the settings.yml file they still work.

To Reproduce
  1. To find this out, I did /plotsquared: in my chat and that's when I see that all the aliases still work.
Expected behaviour

I expect only the aliases listed in my configuration to work and not others like /2, /plotme...

Research direction

Start by tracing how the tab-completed-aliases setting in settings.yml is read and how the /plotsquared: tab-completion path handles aliases. Reproduce the issue on PlotSquared 6.8.1-Premium with the setting disabled; done means only aliases listed in the configuration are suggested or usable, not /2 or /plotme.
