Terra world generators not added to list of generators in /plot setup; not a valid option

Describe the bug

Using Plotsquared v5 with Terra does not add the Terra world generator(s) to the /plot setup list Terra:DEFAULT is not selectable but it should be.

To Reproduce

Get
PlotSquared-Bukkit-5.13.11
Get Terra-Bukkit-5.3.3

• Make sure you have the permission to execute /plot setup
• Execute plot setup.
• Terra's world generators can not be selected as a world generator for plotsquared

Expected behaviour

The Terra world generator(s) should be select-able during /Plot setup.

I asked on the Terra discord about this:
"Generators produced by Terra are able to be queried by other world manager plugins like multiverse
You can fetch generators via the getDefaultWorldGenerator method [...]"
I tested this and I can make a Terra:DEFAULT world using multiverse.

Start at the /plot setup generator-discovery path and inspect how PlotSquared obtains world generators from Bukkit. Compare that behavior with Terra's getDefaultWorldGenerator method and verify that Terra:DEFAULT appears as a selectable generator when reproducing the issue with the listed PlotSquared and Terra versions.
