Research direction

Start by locating the implementation and command entry point for //flora in FastAsyncWorldEdit. Read how the command currently populates lakes and rivers, then determine how underwater plants such as kelp, seagrass, and seapickle should be included. Done means //flora can create those plants in suitable water areas.
