Unable to save NBT data to disk

Describe the bug

so i am in the process of making my server, adding/ adjusting plugins and datapacks, i shutdown my server to do these things and dont use /reload. i switched to fawe several days ago (was using WE before) and i hadnt had any issue with fawe till today. upon shutdown twice now it has spammed console with a zip file error. im not sure whats triggering it.

Start by reviewing the two linked shutdown logs and the FAWE debugpaste for the zip file error and the conditions around saving NBT data. Reproduce the failure during server shutdown if possible; done means the server shuts down without the reported errors and the NBT data is saved successfully.
