Description

What feature do you want to see added?

I would like to see a way to quickly repeat the last x issued commands.

I find my workflow is often "select new selection" press up up up, enter up up up enter up up up enter over and over and over.

it would be nice to have a command that repeats the last x commands issues, say ///3 which would execute the last 3 commands issued that were NOT the repeat command.

This would change the above workflow to "select new selection" "///3"

Are there any alternatives?

"select new selection" press up up up, enter up up up enter up up up enter

Anything else?

Research direction

The issue proposes a repeat command such as ///3 that executes the last three commands while excluding repeat commands, but names no files or tests. Start by locating command parsing and history handling, then define how repeated commands are stored and executed and add coverage for the requested behavior.
