Hoy en dia se usa un script pentaho para actualizar datos de hacienda, se debe migrar a airflow.

* Se puede usar esta url para obtener la lista de archivos a descargar https://datos.hacienda.gov.py/odmh-core/rest/nomina/datos/.
* **Notar que para hacienda hay el mes 13**, que representa aguinaldos.

* Se descargan los últimos n archivos de hacienda y se cargan a la tabla

Confirm how the latest files are selected and how the target table is loaded, including Hacienda's month 13 for aguinaldos.
