Description
In the same way turntables are created, map makers should be able to create [transfer tables](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transfer_table). This could be implemented using the existing turntable logic in both Mapify and Derail Valley, with a simple enum type that defines how `TurntableRailTrack#RotateToTargetRotation` should be overridden.
