Generate trackage from OpenStreetMaps data

The ability to automatically generate tracks in the editor from OpenStreetMaps data.

The OpenStreetMaps project is a treasure trove of real railway data. They have pretty much every railway in the whole world mapped out.
If map makers could use this data to generate railways, they could make recreate real railways easier and quicker.

@WhistleWiz has made a start of this feature in https://github.com/WhistleWiz/dv-mapify/tree/osm and I am continueing their work in https://github.com/t0stiman/dv-mapify/tree/osm2 .
