ITK-js examples for web application

Hello,
I am working on a web application which should use ITK.js and VTK.js to visualize and annotate DICOM images. I have gone though the examples of ITK.js which accepts DICOM files as input and prints out some file information, like imageType, name, origin, etc. But I don't understand other ways to use ITK.js. Can I get some examples to use ITK.js in a browser?
