Merge ETA on the home screen

I think this site is really great, but one thing it could do better, imo, is that on the home screen, above the fold, it might be worth highlighting the current ETA for The Merge (in a highlight box, or some such) and linking off to the 'wen merge' FAQ below.

At the moment it isnt immediately apparent for noobs that the merge is something happening pretty soon and that is a reason to get excited. Everyone loves an urgent timeline.
