Links in cards service catalogue/use cases/training catalogue don't work correctly

On the home page, when one clicks on the links on one of the three cards service catalogue/use cases/training material, it triggers the opening of the new tab and redirects at the same time the previous tab, both the destination of the link. Not consistent with the behavior of other hyperlinks in the home page, and quite annoying per se.
