Description

I tried to start a Jupyter with the S3 backend disabled (via the UI option) but it won't spawn.

The kubernetes log shows:

`Warning FailedMount 48s kubelet Unable to attach or mount volumes: unmounted volumes=[config-coresite], unattached volumes=[kube-api-access-pgjl5 home config-coresite config-sparkconf hive-config jupyter-177631-data]: timed out waiting for the condition`
