Determine parameters to display for artifacts in MLflow model run

We need to determine which parameters should be displayed in the MLflow model store when reviewing a model run. Specifically, we are considering whether the following artifact-related parameters should be shown:

- The S3 path of the dataset used for training (as an artifact).
- The output variable name associated with the dataset, displayed as part of the artifact metadata
