[ENH] ✨ On user view, adding a group should be more understandable

When we want to add a group from the user view, the user should first search for the application before specifying the group.
The user often doesn't understand that and directly search for its group which return it no results.
How can we avoid this ? Maybe a longer label like "sur quelle application voulez vous faire votre ajout ?" may be a solution

Start by locating the user view and its add-group flow, then inspect how the application and group searches are presented. Done means the interface clearly guides users to select an application before searching for a group and avoids the confusing no-results experience described in the issue.
