:sparkles: Provide good config defaults in each providers to ease configuration

When integrating sugoi in production, we need to define all (or almost) properties to manage the configuration. This is cumbersome even with the documentation, and prone to misconfiguration errors.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

A good set of defaults for each modules + a good commented out property file could ease this process.
