Description
We just fixed changes in our package format, to address breaking changes from v3.0 of vale.
Fixes implemented in:
https://github.com/InnerSourceCommons/isc-styles/releases/tag/v18
The v3.0 release contains some other possible changes to the package format that may simplify things for us.
We can change these later and decide what of that we want to use:

Research direction
Compare the package-format changes described in the isc-styles v18 release with Vale v3.0.0's release notes. First determine which changes are already implemented and which possible changes remain; done is a documented decision and a Vale v3-compatible package format, but the issue does not name files or tests.
