Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We had a page of academic papers, but the papers had to go when the research page was redone as 'blocks' representing the surveys. the papers could then not also be accommodated. so we need a new page.
Describe the solution you'd like
A new page under 'learn'.
Additional context
We have the contents, I just need someone to add the page and resolve all the plumbing issues that go with that. Once it's done I'll happily re-add the contents and maintain it.
