Description

Hello,
In the section of Forces, 2 forces listed below are mentioned.

  • No formal training exists.

  • Processes are not clearly defined.

I'd like to know what the "training" and "processes" referred to?
Does "training " refer to the training about the shared repositories?
Does "processes" refer to the processes about how to contribute to the shared repositories?

    Thanks in advance.

Start with patterns/1-initial/change-the-developers-mindset.md and its Forces section. Confirm what “training” and “processes” refer to, then clarify those terms in the pattern if a documentation change is agreed.
