Sync Error

### Describe the bug
{ "error": "Found 1 invalid secret name. Secret name cannot contain colon or forward slash." }

Added tag something like "env:Production" first time creating env but its before project. I deleted that project but the sync is not working even i delete the whole project envs. Tried to add env that secret name is "test" and gave whole envs to something like "test" same error occurs on syncing. Also, AWS role is has all necessary permissions. Even problem with role then it message is wrong.
