### Feature description
To be able to quickly get going with the tags, having a default tags list would greatly help users to understand their use-cases
Here's a example of default (common) tags :
- `frontend`
- `backend`
- `database`
- `api`
- `data`
- `ops`
- ...
### Why would it be useful?
New and existing users will be able to use tags quickly and easily

Today you have to manually create them one by one
