Description
A colossal pouch at level 70 Runecrafting when degraded holds a maximum capacity of 14 from it's maximum for 16 when non-degraded. This seems to follow the pattern of the original essence pouches degradation counts. In this case, a large pouch is the biggest pouch a player with 70 Runecrafting can use which holds a max of 9 essence and drops to 7 essence when degraded. The same degradation change applies for the colossal pouch at level 70 Runecrafting except because of the new changes, the pouch can hold a maximum of 16 essence but will drop down to 14 essence which correlates to the -2 essence delta.
Knowing this, I would say it's safe to assume the same applies for lower/higher Runecrafting levels. However, I don't know if there's a particular formula to use or if it's all just static. Also, knowing all this means we can know how many essence max can be stored within colossal pouches at lower levels and can assume upon continuous degrades.

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the RuneLite plugin code that tracks pouch capacity and remaining essence, then compare colossal and original pouch degradation across Runecrafting levels; done means degraded stored and remaining values follow the confirmed rule.
