Introduce the issue
When you navigate to the watchfaces settings screen on a watch that doesn't have the resources installed in the file system, all you see is two grayed out watchfaces in the second screen with no indication of what's wrong.
Preferred solution
We could add a message below those two items indicating that the resources for them are missing, or maybe some kind of dialog when they are pressed.

Start by locating the watchface settings screen and inspect how it represents watchfaces when resources are absent. Done means the screen clearly tells users that the watchface resources are missing, using an agreed indication or dialog.
