theme in git

This repo is not up to date because it's not tied to code we have changed on the server.

The workflow should be to edit in git first, push to github, and then push to server. On production we should probably require manually pulling and restarting ghost, when we have staging we can add a hook to auto-pull and restart whenever there is a git commit.
