Description
Once a sig is deleted/deactivated, it is not deleted from records, just set to inactive. However, there is currently no way to reactivate it within the ui.

Research direction
Start by locating the UI flow that deactivates or deletes signatures and the records view for inactive signatures. Add a UI path to reactivate an inactive signature, then verify that the signature remains in the records and becomes active again.
