Adding tibial outline to COR

Currently there's no way to assign the digitised tibial outlines (`digitisation.visualise_surfaces`) to their correct bones, and requires manually filtering the call with an actively selected figure.

Add automatic assignment using the title (not sgtitle, so it works for tiles).
Requires adding specimen names to title and a marker so it can filter other figures that are currently open.

Start at digitisation.visualise_surfaces and inspect how figure titles and currently open figures are handled. Add specimen names and a marker to the title, then use that title information to assign tibial outlines to the correct bones without requiring an actively selected figure. Done means tiled figures and filtering among other open figures both work automatically.
