Broken layout in demos if you increase the size font.

I tried to use the demos with Roboto size larger than 16, and the layout of the dialogs gets broken: some buttons get icons over the text, some buttons/labels are not enlarged to fit their text, etc... doesn't Nuklear have an automatic layout feature that takes care of increasing the font size?

Start by reproducing the demos with the Roboto font above size 16 and inspect the dialog layouts, buttons, and labels that fail to resize. Done means the affected demo controls accommodate the larger font without icons overlapping text or labels being clipped.
