Backend: vger (iPad, iOS, iMac)

I just came across https://github.com/audulus/vger and thought it might be worth trying as a highly-performant backend keeping up with 120Hz displays in iPads etc.

So if anyone would be looking for something for the Apple ecosystem, this might be the way to go. We will then happily merge this backend into this repository :wink:.

Review the linked vger project and Nuklear's existing backend integration approach first. Define a concrete Apple-platform backend scope and confirm what would be required before proposing work; done would mean an agreed backend that can be merged into this repository.
