Description

hello
i use this app (version 1.9.3 on macos ) to compress folders of JPG with lot of files inside them

some time the process take 2 or 3 hours but i have no idea of the progression or how many files has been compressed.

is there a way to display a status some where ?

like "30/122 files where compressed" or " job in progress 45%"
?

the status with "..." or "V" is not realiable on macos, some times all files have "..." but process is finished

Image

thanks

Research direction

The issue names no source file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the macOS compression-job UI and the code that updates the current “...” or “V” status; determine how completed and total files are tracked. Done means a reliable progress or status display during long jobs and a clear finished state.
